Roofing Echo homes the way we have since 2002 — measured on site, priced in writing, and finished the way we would want our own roof finished.
From a single lifted panel to a full tear off, we handle every roofing job a Echo, UT home is likely to need.
This is the work our name is attached to. Two decades of tin roofs on houses, churches, barns and additions, installed by crews who cut the trim on site instead of forcing something that almost fits.
Temporary cover goes on fast, then we come back and make the permanent repair once we can see properly what we are working with.
Guards and screens so you are not up a ladder every fall digging pine needles out of the gutter by hand.
After a storm we walk the roof, photograph everything we find, and write an itemized estimate you can hand straight to your adjuster.
One leak usually has company. We fix the one you called about and check over the rest of the roof while we are already up there.
If wind got under your roof once it will try again. We fix the damage and close the edge back up so there is nothing left to catch.
Coatings for low slope and older metal roofs that are still sound but weathered. Washed down, refastened, primed at the rust, then coated.
A skylight has to be woven into the roof, not caulked to it. That is the difference between a fix that lasts a season and one that holds.
Waterproofing details on additions, porches and low slope tie ins, where two roofs meet and most leaks quietly begin.
Removing the ice is the easy half. We also look at ventilation and insulation so it stops happening every January.
Repair or replace, we handle both, and we work from what the roof actually needs rather than from what an adjuster might approve.
We still shingle plenty of roofs. Cracked, curled and blown off shingles get replaced, and the valleys and flashing get reworked while we are up there.
A careful walk over the whole roof — panels, shingles, valleys, flashing, fasteners — plus the attic side when there is a way in. You get photos and a straight answer.
Rotted fascia and sagging soffit let water and animals in behind the roof edge. We cut the bad wood out and put new in.
We repair standing seam, exposed fastener panels and metal shingles, and we match the color as closely as the paint system will allow.
When a roof is genuinely finished we replace it, and we say so plainly rather than dressing it up. Metal and shingle priced side by side so you can compare real numbers.
Churches, shops, barns and small commercial buildings. We have roofed everything from a wood shed to a steeple.
Slate and tile take patience and matching pieces. We replace broken and slipped units and rework the flashing they hide.
Lifted panels, missing shingles, flashing that has given up where the chimney comes through. We find what is actually wrong, fix that, and leave the rest of your roof alone.
Where it makes sense we set low slope metal over a problem section so it finally drains instead of ponding after every rain.
Estimates are always free. That line has been on everything we have printed since 2002 and it still is. Somebody comes out to your Echo home, gets on the roof, looks in the attic if there is a way in, and leaves you a written price.
No pressure and no price that expires if you do not sign that day. If your Echo roof needs a repair rather than a replacement, we will tell you so, even though the repair is the smaller ticket.
A family roofing company that has kept the same habits since 2002.
The same family started this company putting metal roofs on neighbors houses in 2002. It has never been sold, franchised or handed off to a call center.
Beds get covered, tear off gets hauled as we go, and a magnet goes over the drive before we pull out. Your yard should look like we were never there.
Around twenty standard metal colors, and the chart comes out with the estimate so you can hold it up against your siding and shutters before you commit.
A few backed out screws or a whole roof off a church — we take both. No job is too small to get the same crew and the same care.
You get a start date and we hold to it. If weather moves your job we call you, rather than leaving you watching the driveway.
Wondering about metal versus shingle, or what a new roof runs in Echo? Start here.
Much less than people expect. Over solid decking with underlayment under it, a Echo metal roof sounds about like a shingle roof from inside the house. The loud tin roof people remember was screwed straight to open purlins over a barn with nothing underneath.
We do. After a storm we photograph the damage on your Echo roof and write an itemized estimate you can hand to your adjuster. We do not file the claim for you and we will not promise you what an adjuster is going to approve — that is their call, not ours.
Sometimes. If the decking is sound and there is only one layer of shingles, a Echo metal roof can go over the top on purlins. If there is rot underneath or two layers already on, we tear off first — and we will tell you that before you sign, not halfway through.
That is most of what leak work is. Water runs along decking and rafters before it ever drips, so the stain on your Echo ceiling is rarely under the actual hole. We work back to the real entry point, fix that, and check the rest of the roof while we are up there.
For most Echo homes, yes. A metal roof costs more up front than shingles, but it usually outlives two or three shingle roofs, sheds rain and snow better, and does not peel off in a hard wind. We will price metal and shingle side by side so you can compare real numbers instead of guessing.
Most Echo houses are a two to four day job. A straightforward shingle roof can be done in a day or two. A cut up metal roof takes longer because every panel, valley and trim piece is measured and fit on site rather than pulled out of a box.
What people say once the crew has packed up and gone home.
"Good crew and a good roof. It took about a week longer than planned because of rain, but they called every single time the schedule moved, which I appreciated."
"Thank you so much to the entire crew at Roofing Brothers for our amazing new tin roof! You were amazing to work with and I couldn't recommend you to others enough! Great communication, pricing, color options, efficiency, and HONESTY! If anyone needs a new roof, I highly recommend this crew! Phenomenal job."
"Green metal over the whole house and the carport. Looks sharp, and it is quiet inside when it rains, which honestly surprised me."
